Subscription Policies

These Policies govern access to Mytestpro’s paid service after you complete an assessment on our sites: mytestpro.com, lovefactor.mytestpro.com, energycheck.mytestpro.com, eqskills.mytestpro.com, and financeblocks.mytestpro.com (collectively, the “Sites”). By purchasing or activating any plan, you confirm that you have read these Policies and agree to comply with them together with our Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

The service is available to individuals 18 years and older. By subscribing, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. What the subscription includes

Immediate access to your personal report on mytestpro.com upon activation.
Ongoing access to service materials/features according to your selected plan.
All digital materials are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

Mytestpro is a personal development and self-assessment service. It is not a medical, psychological, or clinical tool and must not be used for diagnosis or treatment.

3. Access types and pricing

Offerings may vary by availability at the time of purchase:

7-day Trial. After a full 7-day trial, your subscription automatically converts to paid billing of USD $49 every 28 days until you cancel.
Recurring subscription. Repeating charges of USD $49 every 28 days until canceled.
Fixed-term access (one-time purchase for a defined period) may be offered separately; exact terms and prices are shown at checkout.

Clear offer terms at checkout. Before you confirm, we display the plan, price, first charge date after any trial, billing cadence, and next charge date. After purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with plan details and cancellation instructions.

4. Payments and billing

All charges (including post-trial conversions) are billed in advance through our payment providers.
You authorize reasonable payment retries for failed transactions and the use of card-network account updater services. Access may be suspended until payment succeeds.
Taxes and currency. Taxes may apply as required. Your bank/payment provider may apply its own FX rates or fees.

Price/plan changes. We may update fees, cadence, or features prospectively. If a change affects your active plan, we will provide advance notice. If you disagree, cancel before the effective date.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by email from your account email address to support@mytestpro.com. Phone calls or postal mail are not required.
Cancellation stops future renewals; your access remains active until the end of the current 28-day billing period.
To avoid the next charge, submit your request before the “Next charge” date/time shown at checkout and/or in your account.
We will send a cancellation confirmation email—please keep it for your records.

6. Refund policy

General rule. Subscription fees are non-refundable; no pro-rated credits are issued for unused time. Digital materials/reports, once provided, are non-refundable.

Exceptions we honor (where verified or required by law):

Duplicate/erroneous charge (e.g., charged twice for one period).
Non-delivery after successful payment (no access/material delivered and our logs confirm service was not provided).
Unauthorized/fraudulent transaction following our review, to the extent permitted by law.

To request an exception, email support@mytestpro.com with your order ID, the purchase email, and a brief description.

United States. Fees for digital items and elapsed subscription periods are non-refundable except where required by law (e.g., verified duplicate charge or documented non-delivery). Cancellation only stops future renewals.

European Union (14-day right of withdrawal). You may withdraw within 14 days of contract conclusion unless you requested immediate performance. By purchasing and receiving immediate access (e.g., your personal report), you consent to the immediate start of services and acknowledge that once the digital content has been fully provided, your right of withdrawal is lost. If services began but were not fully performed, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the services provided, as permitted by EU law.

How refunds are issued. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times vary by provider/bank.

Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend or limit access while the dispute is reviewed and provide transaction/delivery records to your payment provider.

7. Auto-renewal and first charge

After the 7-day trial, the first charge of USD $49 occurs, then USD $49 every 28 days thereafter until you cancel.
Your next charge date appears at checkout and/or in your account; we send a post-purchase email confirming your plan and next charge date.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without express or implied warranties (including merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, uninterrupted or error-free operation, security, or freedom from harmful components) to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Aggregate liability cap. For claims arising out of these Policies or the service, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for your current 28-day period, or USD $1, whichever is greater, to the extent allowed by law.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or loss of goodwill), even if advised of their possibility.
Where your local law restricts such limitations/disclaimers, they apply only to the extent permitted.

9. Updates to these Policies

We may revise these Policies to reflect changes in practices, features, or legal requirements. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes (e.g., a notice on the Sites and/or an email to your account address when feasible). If you do not agree, cancel before the effective date. Changes apply prospectively.
